Recent scientific studies and evidence reports multiple beneficial birth health outcomes for women who had doulas such as: less forceps or vacuum-extractor deliveries, less cesareans and less requests for pain medications.
Our doula care/support services are specially designed to nurture and prepare expecting families inside and out, focusing on alignment of the spiritual, emotional, mental, physical and relational aspects of well-being to bring about the best outcome for you and you family.
